These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the SuesHamperz online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Where a hamper contains a decorative item that is not intended for use by a baby or child, this will be identified where appropriate in the product information.
We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue products and to update product information where necessary.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
Please check the information you provide when ordering, including your delivery address and contact details.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at suewynn2@aol.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been prepared or dispatched.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).
The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Standard UK delivery is free where stated on our website. If you choose an optional upgraded delivery service, any additional charge will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery using the delivery options shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed when you place your order. Delivery dates and times may be estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe.
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.
Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.
SuesHamperz offers a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
If you change your mind and your return is eligible, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Different rules may apply to personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the relevant legal exception applies.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We want your SuesHamperz order to arrive in excellent condition.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at suewynn2@aol.com as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, please provide photographs to help us investigate the problem.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
8. Product Safety
Please follow any safety instructions, age recommendations, care labels and manufacturer instructions supplied with products.
Decorative items, including decorative foam flowers, are intended for presentation purposes where stated and should be removed before products are given to a baby or young child.
Babies and young children should not be left unattended with packaging, ribbons, decorative materials or other items that could present a safety risk.
9. Personalised Products
Where personalisation is offered, customers are responsible for checking the spelling and information supplied when ordering.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once a personalised item has entered production, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
Statutory cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content created for the SuesHamperz website, including our original photographs, branding, text and graphics, must not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law or where rights belong to another party.
11. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products online.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, delivery arrangements or applicable law.
The version displayed on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Your mandatory consumer rights and any rights relating to where you live are not affected.
