UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK.

Standard UK delivery is FREE and orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. Please allow 1 working day for your order to be prepared.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Personalised Orders

Personalised or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Any applicable timescale will be stated on the product page.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at suewynn2@aol.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging where possible.
